Sendai International Relations Association (SIRA)
Sendai International Relations Association was established in 1990 with the aims of promoting international exchange and supporting the community regardless of language, nationality or cultural differences. We use this as a base to carry out our projects and to further develop Sendai into a harmonious and vibrant city.
